Knowing The Impact

This word of encouragement came to me this one morning as I was preparing breakfast for my wife and kids.
Now, normally my wife does Saturday morning breakfast. But being that she had many things to do that morning, I got up and started cooking. She came to me and said, “Thank you so much. You don’t know what this means to me.” I replied to her with a warm smile, “Yes, I do know.” Then, Holy Spirit said to me in that moment, “How much effort does someone do, show and apply when they know how their efforts will positively affect the other person?”
Later on as we’re sitting down watching an animated bible show about Abraham and Isaac, my youngest son said to me, “What is Isaac doing?” I replied, “He was gathering wood, but he didn't know that he was the sacrifice yet.” Then immediately the Holy Spirit said to me “But Jesus knew He Himself was the sacrifice.” He continued, “How much more effort did Jesus apply knowing that He’s the sacrifice and knowing the impact of the outcome? The impact it would have on the people of that time and people of the future?” (John 3:16; John 10:18; John 6:39-4)
So the question I ask you reader is: Do we realize how much of an impact we have when we do the will of Father?
Receive the blessings:
Lord bless us and keep us, Lord make your face shine upon us and be gracious to us, Lord lift us up in your countenance, and keep us in your peace. In Jesus name.
