Selah Outreach and Restoration (SOAR) is a ministry rooted in Psalm 91:1-4, dedicated to individuals impacted by the sex trade, substance use, poverty, and aging out of systems. SOAR provides outreach in various locations, offering assistance, healing, and access to the gospel.
