Calling the Children of God

Romans 8:19 AMP

For [even the whole] creation [all nature] waits eagerly for the children of God to be revealed.

This word came to me after I had a conversation with a co-worker and she had mentioned that she grew up attending a Pentecostal church. I then asked, “Why did you stop going to church?” She then replied, “Because I moved away.” To make a long story short, we talked about church and she mentioned she wanted to join a church where she knew the people and did not want to go alone.

But as we went our separate ways, I was talking with the Holy Spirit and said, “Lord, how can she go to grocery stores and other places by herself but not church?” He said, “She is eagerly waiting for the children of God to reveal themselves to her and show her the revelation of God because all she knows is religion.” Then He said, “There are a lot of people who are like this: with one foot in the world and the other foot in religion, in need of guidance to go from a revelation of God to a relationship with God.”

So I say this to the saints of the Most High God: you ARE that son of God that a person is waiting for to reveal God to them! And I will continue to sow the Word of God into this young woman’s life and be that son of God He has called me to be.
